YUNUS WAHYUDI

President Commissioner

Born in Gresik – East Java in 1964. He has been assigned as President Director PT Adhimix RMC based on RUPS 2018. He earned Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November, Surabaya. He graduated with a Masters of Management in Universitas Gadjah Mada.

He was also assigned as President Director PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia from 2017 until now.
He has a lot of professional experiences such as in operation of Factory Management, Head of Quality Control, and Production Coordinator.

EFFENDI SAYOON

Commissioner

Born in Jakarta – in 1954. Assigned as Commissioner PT Adhimic RMC Indonesia based on the RUPS agreement 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia.

He also manages the Drs Effendi Sayoon, Ak.CA Accounting Services Office, which has been located in Jakarta since 2015.

President Director

Born in Jakarta – DKI Jakarta in 1974. Assigned as President Director PT Adhimic RMC Indonesia based on the agreement of RUPS in 2023. He has a bachelor of Civil Engineering from Universitas Krinsadwipadayana.

Previously he was assigned as Operational Director I for 2020 – 2022, Head of Readymix Division in PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia for 2017 – 2019. And Operational Manager PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia for 2013 – 2017

WIDIANTO

Director of Administration & Finance, Concurrently Serving as Director of Operations III

Born in Kebumen – Central Java in 1974. Assigned as Director of Administration & Finance, Concurrently Serving as Director of Operations III based on The RUPS Agreement in 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering from Universitas Diponogoro (UNDIP).

Previously He was appointed Director of PT Indo Jaya Perkasa for 2019 – 2021, Acting Director of PT Indo Jaya Perkasa for 2018 – 2019, Finance Manager for 2014 – 2018 and Head of Finance for 2010 – 2014.

NUR WIJAYA

Operational Director I

Born in Kebumen in 1976. Assigned as Operational Director I PT Adhimix RMC Indonesia based on The RUPS Agreement 2022. He has a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).

Previously He was appointed as Head of Division in 2018 – 2021, Head Unit in 2016 – 2018 and Head of Marketing for 2015 – 2016.

NURWAHYUDI BUDI SATRIYA

Director of Operation II

Born in Madiun, East Java in 1978. Assigned as Director of Operations II at PT Adhimic RMC Indonesia based on The RUPS Management 2024. He achieved a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS).

Previously he was appointed as Head of Division PT Adhimix RMC Indonesia for 2018 – 2022, Head of Unit 5 Readymix PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia for 2018 – 2015, and Head of Operation Unit 1 PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia for 2014 – 2015.

PAMRAKARSA AWIADHI

Vice Director of Administration and Finance

Born in Wonosobo, Central Java in 1979. Assigned as Vice Administration Director and Finance in PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia. He achieved Bachelor Degree in Universitas Parahyangan (UNPAR) and Master of Syariah Bank degree in Universitas Indonesia

Previously he was appointed as Finance & Risk Expert Staff. Head of Risk & Credit PT Adhimix RMC Indonesia 2020 – 2022 and Concurrently Head of Risk & Credit PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia 2022 – 2023,

Ready Mix Concrete

Ready Mix Concrete

Ready-mix concrete is a mixture of cement, sand, crushed stone, and water that is specially formulated in a batching plant and delivered to the construction site in a liquid, ready-to-cast form. This product is designed for greater ease, speed, and consistency of quality than manual mixing.

Beton Porous/Berpori

Porous concrete combined with colored concrete is a concrete product with a relatively high flow coefficient (80 to 700 liters/m2/hour). Due to its high flow coefficient, this concrete has a porous visual character. Porous concrete can be combined with coloring materials/pigments to enhance its visual appeal.

Porous concrete can be applied to surfaces requiring a closed drainage system to prevent water from pooling during rain. Therefore, it is commonly used in parking areas, sidewalks, jogging tracks, neighborhood roads with light traffic, and areas requiring rapid drainage without closed channels. Due to its porous appearance, the compressive strength of porous concrete is relatively low (it can only be produced in grades K100-K225). The slump of this porous concrete is very low (no slump) due to the use of special additives to bind the particles between the voids.

CTB (Concrete Treated Base)

CTB concrete is used as a subbase layer in road pavement structures (both flexible and rigid). CTB concrete has a zero slump value due to the minimal water usage.

CTB concrete is delivered without a mixer truck, but rather by dump truck, as the pouring and compaction processes are done manually. CTB concrete exhibits a significant volumetric shrinkage, from a loose (loose) state to a compacted state after compaction, with shrinkage of approximately 25% to 30%.

Because it functions as a subbase layer, CTB concrete does not require high compressive strength. CTB concrete is typically produced in grades ranging from low to K-225.

Adhimix Super Concrete

Adhimix Beton Super Concrete

Concrete with the required compressive strength achieved in a short time (less than 24 hours). This is commonly referred to as Rapid Setting Concrete in the Jakarta area.
Qualities commonly used for Fast Track Concrete include:

  • K 350 Fast Track 8 Hours
  • FS 45 Fast Track 10 Hours

Design principle: increase the target compressive strength based on the percentage of achieving normal conditions. The use of Type F additives is crucial, as can also be done with accelerators or Type 3 cement (high early strength).

Adhimix Fast Track

This concrete product meets a relatively high initial compressive strength requirement (accelerated setting concrete). It's also commonly referred to as Rapid Setting Concrete in the Jakarta area. Fast track concrete is typically used on road structures that require immediate traffic opening within 24 hours.

Concrete delivery time from batching plan to project completion is very limited due to the relatively rapid slump loss (maximum delivery time of 1 hour) and a maximum unloading time of 30 minutes.

  • Fast Track K-300 in 16 hours (open to traffic 16 hours after casting completion) slump flow 60+10
  • Fast Track K-350 in 16 hours (open to traffic 16 hours after casting completion) slump flow 60+10
  • Fast Track FS 45 in 24 hours (open to traffic 24 hours after casting completion) slump flow 60+10
  • Fast Track 3 Days (All Grades)
  • Fast Track 7 Days (All Grades)
  • Fast Track 14 Days (All Grades)

This colored concrete is made with a mixture of special concrete color pigments that do not reduce the concrete's strength. Available pigments in this colored concrete are red, yellow, green, gray, and black. Available in grades K 100-650 kg/cm2.
