Jalan Tol Jakarta–Cikampek II Elevated, yang dikenal sebagai Jalan Layang Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed (MBZ), merupakan salah satu proyek infrastruktur strategis nasional yang bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas dan efisiensi koridor transportasi tersibuk di Indonesia. Jalan tol layang sepanjang ±36,4 kilometer ini membentang dari Cikunir (Bekasi) hingga Karawang, Jawa Barat, dan dibangun di atas ruas tol eksisting Jakarta–Cikampek untuk memisahkan arus lalu lintas jarak jauh dari kendaraan komuter.

Proyek ini dirancang untuk menjawab tingginya volume kendaraan di koridor Jakarta–Bekasi–Karawang yang menjadi tulang punggung mobilitas kawasan industri dan logistik nasional. Dengan struktur elevated yang masif, pembangunan jalan tol ini melibatkan pekerjaan konstruksi kompleks, termasuk pembangunan ribuan pier, pier head, girder, serta slab beton bertulang yang harus memenuhi standar teknis tinggi untuk menjamin kekuatan, stabilitas, dan durabilitas jangka panjang.

Pelaksanaan konstruksi dikerjakan melalui kolaborasi sejumlah kontraktor besar nasional, termasuk PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk dan PT Acset Indonusa Tbk. Dalam mendukung pembangunan struktur jalan tol layang ini, kebutuhan material beton menjadi komponen krusial mengingat skala dan kompleksitas proyek.

Sebagai bagian dari rantai pasok konstruksi, Adhimix RMC turut berkontribusi melalui penyediaan lebih dari 110.000 meter kubik beton ready-mix yang digunakan pada berbagai elemen struktur utama. Dukungan pasokan beton yang konsisten dan sesuai spesifikasi teknis membantu memastikan kelancaran progres pekerjaan di lapangan. Ready Mix Concrete

Produk beton cair, umumnya dikenal sebagai beton ready mix atau cor siap pakai, adalah campuran semen, pasir, batu split, dan air yang diformulasikan khusus di batching plant dan dikirim ke lokasi konstruksi dalam bentuk cair siap cor. Produk ini dirancang untuk kemudahan, kecepatan, dan konsistensi mutu yang lebih baik daripada adukan manual

Ready Mix Concrete

Ready-mix concrete is a mixture of cement, sand, crushed stone, and water that is specially formulated in a batching plant and delivered to the construction site in a liquid, ready-to-cast form. This product is designed for greater ease, speed, and consistency of quality than manual mixing.

Beton Porous/Berpori

Porous concrete combined with colored concrete is a concrete product with a relatively high flow coefficient (80 to 700 liters/m2/hour). Due to its high flow coefficient, this concrete has a porous visual character. Porous concrete can be combined with coloring materials/pigments to enhance its visual appeal.

Porous concrete can be applied to surfaces requiring a closed drainage system to prevent water from pooling during rain. Therefore, it is commonly used in parking areas, sidewalks, jogging tracks, neighborhood roads with light traffic, and areas requiring rapid drainage without closed channels. Due to its porous appearance, the compressive strength of porous concrete is relatively low (it can only be produced in grades K100-K225). The slump of this porous concrete is very low (no slump) due to the use of special additives to bind the particles between the voids.

Varian Beton Porous:

CTB (Concrete Treated Base)

CTB concrete is used as a subbase layer in road pavement structures (both flexible and rigid). CTB concrete has a zero slump value due to the minimal water usage.

CTB concrete is delivered without a mixer truck, but rather by dump truck, as the pouring and compaction processes are done manually. CTB concrete exhibits a significant volumetric shrinkage, from a loose (loose) state to a compacted state after compaction, with shrinkage of approximately 25% to 30%.

Because it functions as a subbase layer, CTB concrete does not require high compressive strength. CTB concrete is typically produced in grades ranging from low to K-225.

Adhimix Super Concrete

Adhimix Beton Super Concrete

Concrete with the required compressive strength achieved in a short time (less than 24 hours). This is commonly referred to as Rapid Setting Concrete in the Jakarta area.
Qualities commonly used for Fast Track Concrete include:

Design principle: increase the target compressive strength based on the percentage of achieving normal conditions. The use of Type F additives is crucial, as can also be done with accelerators or Type 3 cement (high early strength).

Adhimix Fast Track

This concrete product meets a relatively high initial compressive strength requirement (accelerated setting concrete). It's also commonly referred to as Rapid Setting Concrete in the Jakarta area. Fast track concrete is typically used on road structures that require immediate traffic opening within 24 hours.

Concrete delivery time from batching plan to project completion is very limited due to the relatively rapid slump loss (maximum delivery time of 1 hour) and a maximum unloading time of 30 minutes.

Self-Compacted Concrete (SCC) is a type of concrete that flows and solidifies without the need for compaction equipment. This type of concrete is ideal for structures with dense reinforcement because it can fill all gaps effectively.

Colored concrete can be used for pedestrian walkways, dedicated parking lots, exposed walls, highways, and residential streets.

This colored concrete is made with a mixture of special concrete color pigments that do not reduce the concrete's strength. Available pigments in this colored concrete are red, yellow, green, gray, and black. Available in grades K 100-650 kg/cm2.
